Art level 1: MINIMAL ART - glazed chrome, 2-4 finger small nail art, cateye, 1 color, blooming gel, croc print

Level 2: includes minimal 4-10 finger designs. EX: French tip with minimal added designs, silver or gold chrome isolation, tortoise/ cow print, 2-4 gems

Level 3: Complex includes different designs on every finger, multiple 3D designs, 3-5 color aura/ ombre, multiple colored chromes, charms/pearls
