I am a nail tech who specializes in gel products and natural nail health. My goal is to give you beautiful looking nails while also maintaining the integrity of your nail.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Nails By Lorena will charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. All deposits are non refundable. Nails By Lorena offers a 10 minute grace period, anything after that will be considered a no show and will be charged the cancellation fee.
